Wendy Starr, CEO & Co-Owner
Wendy Starr, SHRM - CP, PHR, is CEO and co-owner, having joined the family business in 2007. She has a background in human resources, business, and leadership.
Matthew Holden, Surveyor
Matthew Holden, P.S. joined Starr Associates in 2014. In 2021, he became a Licensed Professional Surveyor in the state of Indiana. He supervises our Field Crew and oversees all surveying projects.
Kristina Arguelles, Office Manager & Project Coordinator
Kristina Arguelles joined Starr Associates in 2016. She oversees the Admin Department and daily operations of the office. She also coordinates projects with the Surveying and Engineering Department.
